These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RushIQ mobile application, this website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by FlexByt, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing or using RushIQ, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RushIQ.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

RushIQ is a real-time trivia game that lets you:

  • play trivia games on your own
  • create game rooms and invite other players
  • join rooms other players have created
  • see and share scores and results
  • subscribe to RushIQ Plus

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

You must not:

  • use the Service to harass, bully or abuse anyone
  • impersonate another person
  • use a display name or photo that is offensive, illegal, or not yours to use
  • attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
  • access accounts or games without authorisation
  • use bots, scripts or automated systems to play, or otherwise cheat or manipulate games and scores

We may suspend or end access for misuse.

3. Your Player Profile

RushIQ does not use passwords. Your player profile is tied to the device you created it on, and you are responsible for activity that happens under it.

You can sign out or delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deleting your account is permanent.

4. User Content

You may submit content such as:

  • display names
  • profile photos
  • suggested questions
  • feedback

You keep ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with operating and improving RushIQ. For suggested questions, this includes the right to edit them and to include them in the game.

You must only submit content you have the right to share.

5. RushIQ Plus and Purchases

RushIQ is free to download and includes free play. RushIQ Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks additional categories, country games and hosting games for other players.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Free trial and renewal

A subscription may begin with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the price shown in the app at the time you subscribed.

Subscriptions renew automatically, weekly, monthly or yearly according to the plan you chose, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep RushIQ Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policies and the law that applies to you.

6. Availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including game modes, categories, questions, features and supported platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service remain ours, including the app’s design, branding, logos, questions, artwork, sound, features and code.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or modify any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available or uninterrupted
  • the Service will always be free of errors
  • every question and answer will be accurate or up to date
  • scores, results or game history will always be preserved

RushIQ is for entertainment. If you think one of our answers is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will check it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of data
  • loss of profits
  • loss of scores or game history
  • interruptions to the Service
  • problems caused by third-party platforms

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
